Another fun packed week in Reception.

This week we have been busy assessing our phonic knowledge and reading skills. We have been revisiting all our sounds and tricky words.

We have been working hard to increase our independence when writing our sentencesWE and using sound mats to help us.

In Maths we have been doing lots of number work, focusing especially at subtraction and the children smashed it!

We are still learning about friendship and how Jesus can help us be a better friend.

Well done to our stars this week: Elsa and Isaac.
