Spring 1 - Week 4 - Friday 31st January 2025

Another busy week again.

In English we have started a new book - Stella and the Seagull, which is a lovely book, please ask your children about it. We have used our oracy skills to retell the story, and we will be making posters using persuasive language.

In maths we have been interpreting bar charts and looking at data.  Next week we are moving onto finding out about angles.

In RE we have continued learning about Hinduism, and creating our own Rangoli patterns, and finding out more about the Mandir, the Hindu place of worship.

Well done to our Stars - Sara and Dreinan and our Writer - Phoebe.

It's been an emotional week as we say good bye to Mrs O'Connor. I know the children enjoyed wearing their pink outfits on Wednesday. We were all very moved at the Mass and Assembly today. I thought the children performed and spoke so well. I am very proud of them.

Have a lovely weekend.
