Class Saints

OUR CLASS SAINTS
At St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, we are blessed to have a special saint connected to each class. Our Class Saints provide wonderful role models for our children, helping them to learn about the lives of holy men, women and children and how they lived out their faith through love, kindness, courage and service.
Throughout the year, each class will learn more about their saint, exploring their life, faith and the ways in which they can follow their example in our own school community.

🌟 Year 4 – St Thérèse of Lisieux 🌟

🌟 Year 5 – St Josephine Bakhita 🌟
A remarkable woman whose life was transformed by faith. St Josephine is remembered for her forgiveness, compassion, courage and trust in God.
🌟 Year 6 – St John Bosco 🌟
A great champion of young people, St John Bosco dedicated his life to educating, supporting and nurturing children and young people with love and kindness.
Our Class Saints remind us that holiness can be found in many different lives and circumstances. Through learning about their examples, we hope our children are inspired to live out our school values of faith, friendship, respect, resilience, self-belief, self-control, perseverance and aspiration each and every day.
May our Class Saints pray for us and inspire us throughout the year.
