The governors at St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School are fully committed to supporting the Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team to continue to provide the very best education and school experience for our children. The relationship between the governors and the leadership team is positive and based upon trust, openness and transparency.

Local Governing Body Committee Meetings:
The new Catholic Academy Trust has established meeting structures which includes 5 meetings during the academic year.
Set agenda items for every meeting enable governors to focus on strategic direction of the school and provide challenge and support to the senior leadership team, in line with the St Francis of Assisi Catholic Academy Trust Scheme of Delegation and Terms of Reference.
