Another fun packed week in Reception. 

English/Phonics: Our book this week was 'The Smeds and the Smoos'. We spoke about how unique we, our differences and similarities and what we like about ourselves. We have continued to learn the sounds 'ff, l'  and recapped many others. We have continued to revise these CEW; go to the I no. We have been trying very hard to write CVC words independently.

Maths: We continued to subitise to 6 and we have begun to discuss groups of objects and say which is more or less.

R.E./Art: Thinking of the God's creation we made bird feeders using string and cheerios.

Charity day: Reception raised £49.80 for our charity 'Make a Wish'. Thank you so much for all your contributions.
