Our Class Mission

In Year 2, we are kind, we listen to others, we are respectful and helpful, we are all intelligent, and we always try our best to live by the example of Jesus.

 

Our Class Saint:

St. Bernadette

Bernadette was a young girl who lived in Lourdes, France. Her family was very poor and Bernadette was often sick, but she loved God very much and trusted in Him.

When Bernadette was just 14 years old, Mary appeared to her at the Grotto in Lourdes. Mary asked Bernadette to pray and to tell people about her. Bernadette shared what Mary had told her, but many people did not believe her. Bernadette was brave and continued to speak the truth.

Bernadette teaches us to love God, pray, trust in Mary, tell the truth and be brave, even when things are difficult. She reminds us that we don't have to be rich or important to make a difference — we just need to have faith and a loving heart. We hope to follow St Bernadette's example by being kind, honest, prayerful and caring every day.
