This has been such a busy week!

We started off with Sports Day on Monday, which we all really enjoyed.  We did the Egg and Spoon race, an obstacle course, balancing and skipping race as well as sprint.  Well done to the winning house of Matthew.

On Wednesday we all dressed as rock stars for our times table rock star day. We took part in lots of maths activities throughout the day. 

On Thursday we had our First Holy Communion Mass in our classroom. This was a very special occasion to celebrate our achievements and to say a huge thank you to all the people who had helped us on the path to our First Holy Communion.   

We have continued learning about fractions this week, and learnt to add fractions together. 

In English we have started a new book - The Iron Man by Ted Hughes.  We look forward to reading more about this adventure story over the next few weeks.
