Welcome back to the Summer Term.   

I hope you all had a restful break over Easter and feel recharged for the Summer Term.

This week we had Mass to celebrate the new term.  Year 3 were the readers and they all read so clearly and loudly, I was very proud of them.   We had a very moving reflection about Pope Francis in which we laid candles out in the form of a cross.

In Maths this week we have been learning about arrays and how they help us in our times tables, and in English we are really enjoying the book Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll.

In History we are starting our new topic about the Ancient Egyptians and I know the children are all looking forward to finding out more about this ancient culture.
