Another busy week and this time a cold one too!  Winter is definitely here and the children were happy to wear cosy onesies today for Onesie Upon a Time Day.  They enjoyed sharing books with their Reception buddies this afternoon and also having Ms Rowntree come in to read a story at the end of the day.

In English this week, we have continued using the book 'Planetarium' to inspire writing, practising effective use of subordinating and co-ordinating conjunctions as well as revising prepositions and looking at how to order multi-clause sentences for best effect.  Maths this week has involved using multiples and practising multiplying numbers with up to two decimal places by whole numbers.

Next week is DT week so we'll be practising our sewing skills!
