Year 4 have had a fantastic week of learning! We have now completed our persuasive writing unit in English and have begun an exciting new poetry topic based on the discovery of a small dragon. The children have enjoyed acting out scenes and have even created their own imaginative creatures, complete with detailed descriptions.

In Maths, we have continued working on the column method for addition. The children have made great progress and will soon be moving on to column subtraction.

In Geography, we have been exploring biomes, learning to describe their features and give examples. We also located the Amazon Rainforest on a map and discussed some of its key characteristics.

Well done to all of Year 4 for their hard work this week!
