WEEK 4
This week has been full of learning and creativity!
English, we are coming close to finishing our exciting graphic novels. The children have really enjoyed bringing their ideas to life through both words and pictures, and it has been lovely to see their creativity shine through. Everyone has worked hard to build characters, develop storylines, and think carefully about how illustrations can help tell a story. We can’t wait to see the final results!
In Maths, we have come to the end of rounding and will now be looking at how rounding can be used for estimation when adding and subtracting, using different methods.
In RE, we explored the journey Abraham took to make his promise with God.
We also had a fantastic experience with Neal Zetter, learning his poems. The children enjoyed performing Ex-T-Rex, adding actions and even taking part in a poetry slam competition.
On Friday, we celebrated St Francis of Assisi’s feast day by attending Mass, completing an RE lesson and taking part in special art activities in our houses.
Well done to our Stars and Learner of the Week!
Wishing you all a lovely weekend. ✨
