I hope you’ve had a good first week of term, albeit a little different from how we would have hoped.
Now that we are all going to be spending a lot more time on video calls and with lots of screen time, it is even more important that we get away from the electronic devices for a while and do something active.

I have reposted the video from last week to guide you through the daily exercises. If you can do these exercises twice daily, you will definitely be doing a good thing for your body and your mind!
I received a particularly lovely video from one household of two children, who were joining in with my Happy video from last week – it was lovely to see them taking part so brilliantly and I know they enjoyed seeing my cat watching me. A big thank you to those children and everyone else who has been doing the fitness routines. Keep up the excellent work.
