CLASS NEWS 12.01.24

WELCOME BACK!!!

We have entered our first full week of the Spring term, and it chilly one it has been!

We hope you all had a wonderful festive time over the Christmas period and relaxed yourselves. We are ready and back into full action this week.

We have started our new RE topic of 'Book's' and thinking about our favourite books,a s well as learning in depth bout the Bible and it's meaning to us as Christians.

In English we have started a new traditional tales topic, which will last us three weeks, we have been looking at different versions of Rapunzel, we have really enjoyed this so far!

We look forward to our new History topic of 'flight' and all the exciting inventors and explores that we will be covering. Please make sure you look on the curriculum area of the website to find out more info.  

Just a few reminders:

1. PE days are Monday and Thursdays

2. Reading books in everyday (even when it is not your day, as we do guided reading everyday and most children are read with daily)

3. Project is due first week back after half term. Project TBC!!
