It was lovely to meet so many parents last night at our parent consultation evening and now we've made it through the first half term of Year 6!  It's been an extremely busy 7 weeks. Well done to Year 6 for two buddy assemblies during this time as well as working hard in class.  A few parents asked me last night about reading recommendations so that children are reading a wide range of genres so here is a list of recommendations.  Both Waltham Cross and Cheshunt library have a good selection of books for all ages.  You can also search their website and reserve books (for free on a child's ticket) and collect them from the library of your choice.  Happy reading!

Just a couple of reminders, Year 6 - Mrs Moseley has set the half term homework, which you can see below.  Also, your topic projects are due in on Tuesday 31st October (see the Autumn homework grid).  Well done to the two children who have already handed theirs in.  I look forward to seeing the rest!
