Monday 12th December - SNOW DAY

Good Morning everyone
As you know school is closed today.
I have set a few tasks for today for your children to complete

The tasks are as follow:

1. RE - Retell the story of Jesus birth. I have made a PowerPoint and given an example of how to set the work out.

2. These are our RED WORDS this week
Fast, Last, Past, Mr, Mrs and Christmas.
The children need to write these words out and then put these words into simple sentences.
example: I can not wait until it is Christmas.

3. Maths - we are reading scales today in different ways.
Your child needs to choose one challenge only
If you look at the bottom of the page there are stars
* lemon and herb
** medium
*** hot
only complete the pages that your child wants to do, they do not need to do all the pages.
I have also attached the answers for you.

4. Making a place-mat.
On Wednesday we will be having our Christmas dinner altogether. The children will be making and designing their own 

placemat. You can be as creative as you like. The can draw, stick, colour, anything they wish to make a Christmas themed place-mat for their lunch on Wednesday.

Myself and Mrs Cina will be on Dojos all day to check in on you all.

I will be uploading the Maths documents and the RE PowerPoint here on our class page as well as dojo

If you child wants any extras to do at home, I will set some purple mash activities if they wish to do these.

I hope you all stay safe, keep warm and send me and pictures of your child's work or fun time in the snow!

At 9am I will send out a prayer for everyone as our morning prayer.
