English is relative clauses recap.

What is a relative clause?

A relative clause can be used to give additional information about a noun. A relative clause is a specific type of subordinate clause that adapts, describes, or modifies a noun. They're introduced by a relative pronoun, such as 'that', 'which', 'who', 'whose', 'where', and 'when'. For instance:

  • She lives in York, which is a cathedral city.
  • She's the girl that can ride a unicycle
