We’ve had a lovely week in Year 4 and are all looking forward to Christmas!

This week we finished our Christmas finger puppets. They all looked so amazing! Well done for your hard work and resilience. Here is a photo of just some of their amazing work.

We have been learning the song ‘It Was On A Starry Night’ and we’ve also learned the Makaton signs to go with it. It has been lovely to hear them singing.

The children wrote a fantastic news report about The Iron Man. They were so interesting to read and they sounded just like real newspaper articles! We have really enjoyed reading this story.

In the lead up to Christmas, we have been remembering the gift of Jesus’ birth and thinking about all the ways that church prepares for Christmas.
