I think we are well and truly back into the swing of the new year. We have new routines and helpers that are fully into the swing of things.

We have been looking at 7-digit numbers and finding 10, 100, 1000, and 10,000 more or less than a number. We will move on to the power of ten and rounding next week.

In English, we will continue looking at the book on Tuesday. We have been debating whether the lily pads or the toads were flying. Save to say it was a big debate and a lot of opinions.

In RE, we looked at qualities God wants us to have. We looked at Paul’s words and where else this might be linked in the Bible. We will continue this next week looking at Genesis, what God wants us to act like and how we might develop these qualities.

In history, we looked at primary and secondary sources. It has been interesting looking at the different interpretations of Henry VIII and why they have been depicted in a particular way. We will continue this next week.
