Another busy week and a surprise for Year 6 this week as they've had me for the full five days!  

In maths, we have completed our work on BIDMAS and algebra and have now begun long division.

English this week focused on finishing off suspense stories, so I'll be reading and enjoying those over the weekend - let's hope they send a real shiver up my spine!

Year 6 enjoyed a lovely history lesson this afternoon with our student, about the Mayans and chocolate.  They particularly enjoyed the blind chocolate tasting.

In between everything else, we have celebrated St David's Day by making Welsh Cakes, enjoyed World Book Day activities and made progress on our DT projects.  A very busy and productive week!
