This week in Reception we read the story 'Katie in London'.

Literacy : Together with Katie we visited all the London landmarks. Using our sound mats we wrote sentences about what Katie saw whilst riding on the golden lion.

Maths; We looked at doubles up to 10. We learned that doubling is the same as adding the same number.

EAD: We did observational drawings of red buses, soldiers and London landmarks.

P.S.H.E: We looked at relationships especially friendships. We spoke about what things make a good friend. Things that make us sad and happy.

R.E; We learnt about what the disciples did once God had sent the Holy Spirit. How the disciples went off to spread the news of Jesus.
