Class News, Year 6, Autumn 2, Week 7
It's been a strange week, thanks to the weather but we've made it to the end of the week and to the end of the term. Well done, Year 6 for a very hardworking and productive term; you've settled in really well to Year 6 and are great role models for the younger pupils.
This week, in spite of two snow days, we did manage to finish our DT with the teams making desserts having their go at cooking. All the children have thoroughly enjoyed this DT topic and have learned a lot.
We have finished the week in the perfect way to end before Christmas with our Carol Service. Year 6 were excellent in their behaviour and singing, so well done to all of you; an extra well done to those of you who are in the choir - you excelled yourselves! It was lovely to see so many parents there and to have our first Carol Service with parents and all the children together since December 2019.
Thank you all for the lovely Christmas cards and gifts that Mrs Puntrello and I have received. We really do appreciate them.
Wishing you all a Happy and Holy Christmas and we will see you in 2023!
