Oh I do like to be beside the seaside.........
We had a great beginning to the week where we all went on our school trip to Southend Aquarium. We had a great time learning about all the different types of sea creatures and then of course we spent some time on the beach collecting shells and building sand castles. We then ended the day with a delicious ice-cream! Happy children all around.
Literacy; We of course, wrote about our amazing trip we had using our phonics and word mats to help us write some quite difficult words.
Maths: We continued to practice our number bonds to 10 and doubles to 10.
Art: We used our shells that we collected from the beach and created some beautiful observational drawings of them.
