WEEK 5
This week has been children’s wellbeing week. It has been incredibly busy but fun. We started on Monday by creating out own thank you cards for a friend, member of school staff or family member. On Tuesday, we paired up with Year 2 and played board games. In our Early morning tasks, we made compliment cards for each other. On Wednesday, Mrs Direnzo visited and taught us some simple everyday Makaton signs. We also learnt how to count in Punjabi. We also had a lovely yoga session with Miss Cicero in the afternoon and had an observation drawing session in the morning with calming music in the background. On Friday was our be active day – the rain never got us down though! We improvised and went into the hall for some just dance and classic dance songs!
