WEEK 1
Welcome back to our summer term. I hope you enjoyed your break.
This week in math, we have been continuing to look at percentages. We have found percentages in word problems and will be continuing this next week.
We have recapped the events leading up to Easter Sunday and the events that followed. We have been practicing our AT3 skills and how we get our point of view across. We have started our new topic 'transformation' and answered our big question,'How can energy be transformed?'.
We also launched our new Mayan vs. Saxon history unit. We have looked at where the Maya civilization happened in history and what was happening in Britain during the same period. We have started creating our time lines and will add some pictures of them next week.
