Anti-bullying Ambassadors
The Mission of our Anti-Bullying Ambassadors
To keep our school a bully-free zone because every child deserves to feel safe, welcome and happy at school.
Our Aims
* To help keep our school a 'bully-free zone',
* To help others identify if/when bullying is happening,
* To intervene calmly, but only where possible,
* To encourage the children that come to us for help to speak to a trusted adult
* To be sensible, approachable, supportive and effective listeners so that others know they can talk to us for help, if they are experiencing bullying,
* To inform a trusted adult, at school, of all incidents of bullying.

Presenting our first ever, newly elected 'Anti-bullying Ambassadors' explaining why they wanted to be an ambassador:
Year 6:
Zariah: "I want to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I've actually been bullied myself and I thought if I was an ambassador I know how it feels and I could stop it and help others."
Melissa: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I want to stand up for something in my school life and I always wanted to help people and I thought antibullying would be perfect!"
Year 5:
Sean: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I believe that the littlest thing can change the world!"
Haris: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I know bullying is not right and I want it to stop so the world isn't a place where bullies belong!"
Year 4:
Adele: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador for all the people being bullied but are too shy to speak out. They can talk to me and I can tell a teacher so we can deal with it together."
Francesca: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because sometimes I see some people in the playground a bit sad and I try to help them."
Year 3:
Olivia W: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I want them to feel comfortable and go tell the teacher with them and help them to not get bullied any more.
Ryan: "I wanted to be an Anti-bullying Ambassador because I wanted to help those people being bullied every single day and so I can stand up for myself!"
