It has been a wonderful festive week here in year 4!
The children enjoyed a visit from Santa, making baubles, Christmas lunch and recording our Christmas hymn ‘It Was On A Starry Night’ that we have been practising. Then, to top it all off, we enjoyed watching the talent show today – well done to all the children who participated too!
We had our Christmas party today which was lots of fun – we danced, played games, watched a Christmas film and had some snacks together.
Year 4 have worked so hard this term and I am very proud of all the work they have produced!
We finished our science unit on sound this week and the children had a go at making their own panpipes. We cut them to different lengths to create higher and lower pitches. We had lots of fun testing them out.
Here are some lovely photos of the children visiting Santa’s Grotto!
Have a great weekend, I will see you on Monday!
