Parent Voice
What Is Parent Voice?
Parent Voice has been an initiative that we have supported for almost 10 years now and it has grown from strength to strength with each meeting. The ‘Parent voice’ group that is established is your chance as a class representative to be the voice of the parents in your child’s class. It is part of our ongoing aim here at St. Joseph’s to fully embrace the whole school community.
The aims of the Parent Voice are:
To gain support from parents and encourage them all to be active members of our school community
To encourage our parents to engage fully in school life
To ensure clear and effective communication between home and school
A chance for all parents to express their views on their class and the school.
When and Where
Parent Voice consists of a parent representative from each class and Mrs Moseley. They will meet at 2.30pm on a Wednesday each half term in the School Library.
If you need further information then please ask myself or your Parent Voice rep.
Thank you for your support.
Mrs O’Connor
