BBC Ten Pieces Special Report
LIVE: We are receiving reports that the BBC Ten Pieces Special Report film is ready to watch with your class!
In a light-hearted take on the news report format, this 30 minute film will introduce your students to pieces of classical music whilst giving you all a good giggle. A great way to keep the children entertained in the run up to Christmas; especially if you’re not able to attend a Christmas concert in person this year.
Ten Pieces Special Report is presented by BBC correspondent Ben Hunte, written by comedian Vikki Stone and features young people from across the UK acting as “correspondents from the classroom”. The film mixes fantastic orchestral footage of some of our Ten Pieces favourites (including The Nutcracker, Vivaldi’s Winter and Stravinsky’s The Firebird) with a silly feel-good script packed with facts and fun to get your class learning and laughing in the run-up to Christmas.
