Merhaba….Hello!   

As you know this week our school has been celebrating international week and it has been a very exciting week. For our class country, we have been learning all about Turkey. We learnt how to say hello and goodbye, we have been learning about the Turkish flag, the landscape, its climate and cuisine. We also made our own Ebru marble painting pictures which you will have seen on class dojo. We have also been talking and sharing about all the many countries we are from. The children have really enjoyed looking at our globe and seeing where all the different countries are too. It was wonderful today to also see so many children in national dress and colours of their flags. We have enjoyed many delicious foods from around our wonderful world - thank you parents who donated food to the international food market ! Amongst all of this fun we have still managed to practice our phase 2 sound ‘g’, we have been looking at 2d shapes in maths and have been reading and acting out our story ‘ Smiley shark’.

Next week is sure to be another busy week -

on Monday we have school photographs and on Tuesday is our lift session. Parents you are warmly invited at drop off to come into nursery stay, play and see what we are learning .
