It has been a special week in year 4. We had a class communion mass to celebrate those who have already had their First Holy Communion and to pray for those who will be having theirs soon. I really enjoyed seeing all the children dressed up in their special clothes – they all looked so smart! Well done to the children for participating in the mass and speaking so beautifully in church.
This week in English, the children have enjoyed learning about riddles. We have had daily riddles to solve – some trickier than others! Today the children wrote their own riddles and came up with some brilliant clues.
We have been working hard on multiplication and division facts this week. We’ve been drawing arrays to represent multiplication questions and then finding their related division facts too. Please keep practising your times tables and division facts at home!
We had a lovely afternoon today. The children went to the forest school to have a chocolate bread stick ‘sparkler’ and we ate them around the bonfire.
Have a great weekend.
