R.E This week we celebrated our  Saint Francis for being the Saint of our Academy. We learnt that he was able to talk to animals and he even tamed a wolf. We decorated birds with feathers and tissue paper to make a class display.

English: We have had a big push in phonics and letter formation this week. Our sounds were ‘g, o, c and k’. We revisited tricky words: I, to, into, go, no and the.

Maths: This week we continued with number formation to 5 and we looked at patterns, made patterns and continued patterns.

Art: We made a hand printed wreath for our new R.E topic.
