Another term completed in Reception.  It has been a jam packed term full of learning new and wonderful things.

English:We have been continuing writing sentences using word mats and remembering our finger spaces.

Phonics: We are nearly coming to the end of phase 3 sounds. Common exception words such as 'all, said, her, they, like and all' have been our focus words this week.

Maths; We looked at finding the whole using the cherry model 2 parts making the whole. We will continue to work on this after Easter.

R.E. We have finished our topic by learning about Good Friday and Easter Sunday. We also learnt about the stations of the cross.

EAD; We have made our own Easter cards and chocolate nests this week. They were yummy!
