Spring 1, Week 1 - Friday 10th January
What a week of cooking it has been in Year 6 as we completed our DT 'Come Dine With Me' unit (postponed from the end of term). Year 6 have had a fantastic time creating starters, mains and desserts this week and Mrs Puntrello have been impressed with the teamwork they demonstrated as well as with the level of research some children had done. Everyone has improved in their skills this week and we've had some fantastic dishes to try. The only disappointment was when the week ended. But maybe we can sneak a bit of cooking in after the SATs...
