It was so lovely to see you all back in school this week, and what a busy week it has been for us!

We were very excited to learn about Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot on 5th November.  We made our own marshmallow fireworks which were yummy, and then we went and stood in the Forest School Area and listened to the story of Guy Fawkes plot.

We also had our prayer service where we were focusing on our topic of homes and how God is in all of our homes and lives.  We all belong to the family into which we were born and we are lucky, because we also belong to more than one family - we are part of our Year 3 family, our school family, our church family and God’s family.  

Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us for this special occasion.
