Another exciting week in Reception, the countdown has begun!

English: We have been reading lots of different Nativity stories. We have been working really hard at writing short sentences.

We have been revisiting out phonic sounds and reading our CVC words and practising our CEWs.

Maths: We have been busy adding up to 6. We have been using various concrete objects to help us.

R.E: We have been learning about how we prepare for Advent - writing our advent promises and sequencing the nativity story.

Art: We have been busy finishing our wreaths and making Christmas tree decoration.

We also had not one but two unexpected visitors arrive this week! I hear they are very naughty. Watch this space!
