!Hola!  Welcome back to our third year learning Spanish at St Joseph’s.  All KS2 classes are learning Spanish through a variety of contexts through listening, speaking, reading and writing. 

There is a new Spanish Curriculum Map for this year so you can see the range of topics we'll be covering in KS2 from animals and ice creams to pets and ordering food in a cafe.  Last summer we expanded our Spanish curriculum coverage to include Year 2 in order to support them as they move into KS2.  In addition, we will continue to incorporate the Spanish  language, festivals and customs into whole school initiatives throughout the year.
