We’ve had another busy week in Year 5.

In English we’ve read about different types of dragons in our two class books and then used the information to write extended sentences with subordinating clauses to add more detail.

In Maths we’ve continued to investigate the place value of numbers up to 1 million and put a variety of numbers onto number lines as well as comparing and rounding large numbers.

In RE we’ve examined what makes us unique and read Saint Paul’s letter to the Colossians.

In Science we been investigating and comparing the planets in our solar system by making plasticine models.
