Another fun packed week in Reception! This week we have been learning about.......

English: Our book was 'Little Owl and the Star. This linked in with our R.E this week where we read the story of the Nativity and we sequenced the story. We have been working hard on writing our CVC words.

Phonics: We have nearly finished all of our phase 2 sounds and we have continued to practise our CEWs.

Maths: We have been working hard on using propositional language and to be able to listen to directions.

R.E: We linked our R.E this week with our English and read the Nativity story. We sequenced the story and spoke about the order of events up to and after Jesus' birth.
