Christmas 2022

It has certainly been a busy final week for us. Two snow days and three services and that is without a visit from Santa,Christmas Dinner, talent show and class parties.WOW!

Nursery and Reception launched our festivities with a wonderfully festive sing a long. Followed by our Whole school Christmas dinner. Thank you to our staff for serving and our cooks for a beautiful meal.

Thursday the festivities continued with our Key stage 1 nativity 'The innspectors' (correct spelling as they inspected all the Inns) and then the highly anticipated Christmas talent show. My baton was handed over to Mrs Ramsay.

Friday was our last day with our Christmas party in class and then our beautiful carol service. Thank you to Mrs Skelton for rearranging a few bits so we could hold in in school and not church due to the weather conditions. Thank you to Fr John and Miss Gunn also.

I don't need a reminder of how amazing our school is ,especially our children but the singing was truly wonderful. So thank you children for allowing us all to be a part of such a special moment.

Thank you to our whole school community for your continued support.

Have a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

Mrs O'Connor

Light up our lives

Christ, come into our world of darkness
Light up our lives with your coming.
Fulfil all our longings with the joy of your birth
Strengthen our resolve to work for change in our world
And to share the hope of your birth that each Advent brings.
Amen.
