Hi everyone, well the countdown to the Christmas break is well and truly on as rehearsals for the Year 1 and Year 2 Nativity are well underway. We have been learning all the wonderful songs and it should be a real treat for us all!

This week our English lessons have continued to focus on bossy verbs and instructional writing, looking at making preparations for a party for the Gruffalo!

In maths, we continued to use part whole models to find number bonds to 10.

In RE we looked at paintings depicting the Annunciation, focussing on angels as messengers of God and when the angel Gabriel visited Mary.
